These measures are applicable to all kinds of enterprises, institutions and social organizations in Leshan Hi-tech Zone.
The various types of talents supported by the Measures shall sign labor contracts with the units to which the Measures apply, carry out the relevant work according to the agreement of the contract, and pay the personal income tax in Leshan Hi-tech Zone. In the Leshan High-tech Zone organs and institutions working in the establishment of personnel, state-owned enterprise employees, labor dispatch to the management committee organs (commissioned institutions, institutions in the district) and Angu Town staff, in addition to participating in various types of talent selection and give awards, do not enjoy the other provisions of this policy.
The Talent Award Funds are implemented in the form of declaration and honoring, and the specific guidelines for application and honoring are formulated by the leading responsible units and then reported to the Office of Talent of the CPC Working Committee for the record.
This policy is not duplicated with other similar policies in the region. If the same program or treatment is in line with the talent policy at all levels, it will be implemented according to the principle of "higher" and "no duplication".
