Touquan Town, belonging to Touquan County, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south west of Touquan County, neighboring Taiping Township and Shuiquan Township in the east, bordering with the Kerqin Right-Wing Middle Banner in the south, connecting with Liudu Township in the west, and adjoining with East Durkee Township in the north. With an area of 536.42 square kilometers, the area of Tuoquan Town has a household population of 47,034 as of the end of 2018. In the thirty-third year of the Qing Guangxu (1907), a town was set up, called Liquan Town; in the third year of the Republic of China (1914), the name was changed to Tuoquan Town; in the fifth year of the Republic of China (1946), the Chengguan District was built; in 1958, it was changed to a commune; in 1985, it was changed to Tuoquan Town.In June 2020, Tuoquan Town was under the jurisdiction of 13 neighborhood committees and 41 village committees.
