Sanyiquan Town, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ulanqab City, Fengzhen City town under the jurisdiction of the town, located in the northwestern part of the city of Fengzhen, east and red sand dam town as a neighbor, south and Liangcheng County, Tiancheng Township connected to the west and Liangcheng County, Maihutu Township, Zhuozhi County, eighteen Taiwan Township borders, the north and the Chahaer right-winged former Banner, Tugui Wula town adjacent to the administrative region covers an area of 364 square kilometers.
During the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the northwest township of Fengzhen Hall; in 1953, it built Sanyiquan Township; in August 2001, Maihutu Township was merged into Sanyiquan Township and changed to Sanyiquan Town. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Sanyiquan Township was 19,481. As of June 2020, there are 12 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Sanyiquan Township.
