Heitutai Town, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Ulanqab City, Fengzhen City, under the jurisdiction of the town, located in the eastern Fengzhen City, east and Hunyuan kiln township adjacent to the south and Guantunbao township border, the west and the south city streets connected to the north and Longzhuang Township junction, the administrative area of 258.31 square kilometers.
During the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the northeast township of Fengzhen Hall; in 1956, Heitutai Township was established; in July 2001, the new No. 5 Township was merged into it and changed to Heitutai Township.
