Fengzhen, county-level city under the jurisdiction of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, administered by the city of Ulanqab, is located in the south-central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the southern part of the city of Ulanqab, situated in the hilly area along the eastern edge of the Inner Mongolia Plateau, with a temperate continental monsoon climate, adjoining six banners and counties (districts), with a total area of 2,722 square kilometers.
