Chengguan Town is located in the central part of Helinger County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is the seat of the county party committee, government and county organs of Helinger County, located 45 kilometers south of Hohhot City, merged by the former Chengguan Township, Shengliying Township, Fanjiaoyao Township, one of the 115 civilized townships in the country.
