Hu'erle Town, belonging to Zalait Banner of Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Zalait Banner, neighboring Badalhu Town in the east, Bayan Gao'er Town in the south, Baoligenhua Sumu in the west, and Aladartu Sumu in the north. The area of Hulle Town is 667 square kilometers, and as of the end of 2018, the household population had 14,103 people.
Before liberation, it was the first Nutuk; after liberation, it was built Hulle Nutuk; in 1956, it was changed to Hulle Township; in 1957, it was merged with Baoligenhua and Aladar Spit to become the Sino-Soviet Friendship Commune; in 1984, it was changed to Hulle Submu; in 1986, it was changed to Hulle Town. As of June 2020, Hulle Town is under the jurisdiction of 1 neighborhood committee and 10 gacha.
In 2017, the number of enterprises in Hulle Town totaled 18, with 305 people working in the enterprises; in 2018, there were 56 general stores or supermarkets with business area of 50 square meters or more in Hulle Town.
