Bayan Ulan Sumu, belonging to Zalait Banner of Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwestern part of Zalait Banner, connecting with Albengrad Town and Xinlin Town in the east, bordering with Badalhu Town in the south, crossing the river with the state-owned stock farm and Aradal Tumu in the west, and adjoining with Haduohe Town and Hao Rao Shan Township of Hulunbeier City in the north.
