Luoxi Township, belonging to Wuning County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the southwestern part of Wuning County, east of Xinning Township, south of Jing'an County, Luowan Township, west of Shimenlou Township, north of the boundary Shidu Township. The administrative area covers a total area of 213.65 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Luoxi Township had a household population of 16,320.
In the old days, the territory of Luoxi Township belonged to Shangnan Township Forty All; in 1984, Luoxi Commune was withdrawn to build Luoxi Township.
