Wuling Township, belonging to Dada County, Sanming City, Fujian Province, is located in the southwestern part of Dada County, neighboring Shipai Township in the east and northeast, Xieyang Township in the south, Wuling Township in the west and southwest, Wuchi Township in Zhangping City, and Shangjing Township in the northwest, and is 14.6 km away from the county seat of Dada County, with a total regional area of 80.3 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Wuling Township has a household population of 13,023. In the 14th year of the Ming Jiajing (1535), it was transferred from Dehua County to Dada County, and belonged to the Huangcheng Mission of the Southern District; in September 1984, it was changed from Wuling Commune to Wuling Township.
