Huaxin Street Street is located in the middle part of Jiangbei District, the north bridgehead of Jialingjiang Bridge and Yu'ao Bridge, close to the national famous commercial pedestrian street - Guanyinqiao business circle. The area of jurisdiction extends east to the Jiangbei Water Plant of Sino-French Water Group, neighboring with Wulidian Street and Chang'an Group; west to Antiguanliang Gas Station and Area B of Chongqing University of Business and Industry, bordering with Guanyinqiao Street; south to the Jialingjiang River, across the river from the Yuzhong District; and north to the east and west of Jianxin Road, connecting to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street. The area of 3.07 square kilometers, is a pure city street, convenient transportation, location, is the economic and cultural center of Jiangbei District. Under the jurisdiction of nine communities, community staff of 65 people, the resident population of 28,571 households, 64,858 people, the floating population of more than 30,000 people. At present, there are 101 party organizations in the district, with 1,603 party members and 193 mobile party members.
