Datai Street, Beijing Mentougou District under the jurisdiction of the street. It is located between longitude 115°48′24″~115°58′57″ East and latitude 39°53′45″~39°59′29″ North. It is located in the central part of Mentougou District, neighboring Wangping Town in the east, bordering Hebei Town, Fozizhuang Township and Da'anshan Township in Fangshan District in the southwest, adjoining Zhaitang Town in the west, and bordering Yanyi Town in the north. The area of the jurisdiction is 81 square kilometers. From January 1949 to August 1952, Datai area belonged to three districts of Wanping County, Hebei Province. 1955, it was called Datai Rural Office. 1958, Datai People's Commune was established. In 1958, the Datai People's Commune was established, and in the same year, the Datai Street was established, and in March 1973, it was co-located with the Datai Rural Office, and in 2006, it was governed by 9 neighborhood committees. As of the end of 2010, the resident population of Datai Street was 11,296.
