Xiong'erzhai Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Pinggu District, Beijing, lies between longitude 117°05′48″~117°13′32″ East and latitude 40°14′04″~40°19′19″ North. It is located in the center of the northern ecological construction area of Pinggu District, east of Huangsongyu Township and the northern mountains of South Dule River Township, west of Dahuashan Township, north of Zhenluoying Township, and south of Wangxinzhuang Township and Shandong Zhuang Township. Township area of 58.91 square kilometers. In July 1956, Xiong'erzhai area was established Xiong'erzhai Township.In September 1958, the township was changed to a commune and merged into Dahuashan People's Commune.In June 1961, Xiong'erzhai People's Commune was established.In April 1984, the commune was changed to a township. As of the end of 2018, Xiong'erzhai Township had a household population of 3,964. As of June 2020, Xiong'erzhai Township has 8 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township government is located at 16 Xiong'erzhai East Road. In 2011, Xiong'erzhai Township fruit planting area of 11,000 mu, production of 7,000 tons, per capita net income of farmers 10032.4 yuan.
