Changziying Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the southeastern part of Daxing District, between longitude 116°33′08″~116°38′50″E and latitude 39°37′01″~39°43′38″N. It is bordered by Dadushe Village of Tongzhou District in the east and adjacent to Caiyu Town in the south. It borders with Dadushe Village of Tongzhou District in the east, adjoins Caiyu Town in the south, neighbors with Qingyundian Town in the west, and is separated from Majuqiao Town of Tongzhou District by Fenggang River in the north. The town area is 59.71 square kilometers. Changziying area used to belong to Dong'an County (now Anji District, Langfang City, Hebei Province), and was transferred to Daxing County during the Qianlong Period of the Qing Dynasty (1736-1796). 1949, it belonged to the Fifth District of Daxing County, and was established as Changziying Township in 1953. 1958, it belonged to Caiyu People's Commune, and was analyzed and set up as Changziying People's Commune in 1961, and was converted to a township in 1983, and was merged by the 2 townships of Changziying and Zhuzhuang to form Changziying Township in 2000.
