Huilongsen Industrial Park is a national-level incubator approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. On November 22, 2013, it was further designated by the Ministry as one of the first nationwide—and the only one in Beijing—"Demonstration Unit for the Construction of a Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Incubation Chain." It has also been recognized by relevant authorities as the "Beijing Incubation Base for Strategic Emerging Industries," the "Beijing Public Service Platform for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises," the "Beijing Small Business Startup Base," and the "Outstanding Overseas Returnees Entrepreneurship Park."
