Wei Shanzhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the center hinterland of Daxing District, between longitude 116°20′46″~116°29′10″E and latitude 39°35′48″~39°42′00″N. It is directly opposite to the central axis of Beijing South, bordering Qingyundian Town and Anding Town in the east and southeast, and bordering with Lixian Town in the south. It is directly opposite to the central axis of Beijing South, adjacent to Qingyundian Town and Anding Town in the east and southeast, bordering with Lixian Town in the south, neighboring Panggezhuang Town in the west and Huangcun Town in the north. The town area is 81.33 square kilometers. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Wei Shanzhuang area belongs to the Shun Tianfu Daxing County Lixian, Huangcun inspection division. 1949, belongs to the first district of Daxing County, Hebei Province, the third district, the fourth district. 1958, the establishment of Wei Shanzhuang Township, stationed in the village of Wei Shanzhuang. May 29, 1958, Daxing County changed to the area. 1958 August, Wei Shanzhuang Township into the first people's communes of the Daxing District. 1958 September 7, was transferred to the Anding People's Commune. On January 7, 1960, Daxing County was restored; in April 1961, Anding Commune was analyzed into Anding, Lixian and Weishanzhuang Commune; in March 1974, Weishanzhuang Commune was analyzed into Sembidian Commune; in July 1983, the commune was changed into a township; in March 2000, Weishanzhuang and Sembidian townships were merged to form the Township of Weishanzhuang, which was stationed in the Village of Weishanzhuang (moved to the west of Southwest Yanbao Village in May 2002). On January 9, 2001, Daxing County was changed to a district, and Weishanzhuang Township belonged to Daxing District. As of the end of 2018, Weishanzhuang Town had a household population of 36,161. As of June 2020, Wei Shanzhuang Town has 39 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town government is located in the western part of the village of Southwest Research Fort in Wei Shanzhuang Town. In 2011, Wei Shanzhuang town industrial output value of 2.08 billion yuan, an increase of 22% over the previous year. Total fiscal revenue of 300 million yuan, an increase of 27% over the previous year. Of which the local financial income of 67.67 million yuan, an increase of 41% over the previous year. From the main taxes, the completion of business tax 125 million yuan, value-added tax of 52 million yuan, corporate income tax of 57 million yuan, respectively, an increase of 17% over the previous year, 15%, -8.7%. Per capita revenue of 9,350 yuan, an increase of 26.4% over the previous year.
