Yizhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the northeastern part of Daxing District, between longitude 116°27′01″~116°32′24″ East and latitude 39°45′12″~39°49′46″ North. In the north, it borders with Xiaohongmen Township and Shibaridian Township of Chaoyang District; in the east, it is connected with Majuqiao Township and Jiqiu Township of Tongzhou District; in the south, it is adjacent to Yinghai Township; and in the west, it is connected with Old Palace Township. The area of jurisdiction is 18.18 square kilometers. Yizhuang area was originally part of the royal court of Nanhaizi, and villages were gradually formed at the end of the Qing Dynasty. In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), it belonged to Daxing County of Jizhou, Zhili Province (present-day Hebei Province), and in June 1953, Deer Circle Township was established, and in June 1958, Deer Circle Township was merged into Nanjiao Farm, and at the beginning of 1963, the four village teams of Dafang North and South Villages, Xiaoyangfang, and Kangcun of the Chaoyang District's Shibaridian Commune were transferred to Yizhuang Team of Hongxing Commune, and in October 1983, the Hongxing People's Commune was abolished, and in May 1984, Yizhuang Township was established. In May 1984, Yizhuang Township was established, and in March 2000, Yizhuang and Deer Circle Townships were merged to form Yizhuang Township, and in June 2005, the Yizhuang District Office was established, which has "one set of people, two brands" with Yizhuang Township. As of the end of 2018, Yizhuang Town had a household population of 32,210. As of June 2020, Yizhuang Town has 21 communities and 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town government is located at No. 8, Beihuan West Road, Yizhuang Town. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Yizhuang Town reached 1.24 billion yuan, a decrease of 14.3% from the previous year. The total financial income was 156.11 million yuan, an increase of 50.8% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax, the completion of sales tax of 93.13 million yuan, value-added tax of 5.07 million yuan, enterprise income tax of 9.69 million yuan, respectively, an increase of 74.3%, 2.4%, 61% over the previous year. Per capita fiscal revenue of 5896.3 yuan, an increase of 50.8% over the previous year.
