Yufa Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the southernmost part of Beijing, between longitude 116°14′03″~116°27′00″E and latitude 39°26′32″~39°34′37″N. It is bordered by Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province in the east, and Panggezhuang Town in the north, and Lixian Town in the northeast. It borders with Guangyang District of Langfang City, Hebei Province in the east, Panggezhuang Town in the north, Lixian Town in the northeast, and Zhuozhou City and Gu'an County of Hebei Province in the south across Yongding River. Town area 136 square kilometers. In 1592, Wanping County set up a town in Yufa, which was one of the "eight important towns" in Wanping County. on October 4, 1949, it was assigned to the third district of Daxing County, and in the spring of 1950, it belonged to the second district of Panggezhuang. in March 1953, Daxing County set up the sixth district (Yufa District), and in June 1955, the Yufa District was changed to Yufa Township. On March 7, 1958, Daxing County was transferred to Beijing, and on May 240, Daxing County was changed to a district. 1958, the Yufa area was divided into Yufa and Nanguizhuang townships, and some villages in the northeast were transferred to Lixian Township. 1958, September 7, the Yufa People's Commune was established, with the jurisdiction of Nanguizhuang and Daxinzhuang townships. 1961, Yufa Commune was separated from Zhujiawu Commune. 1962, September, Zhujiawu Commune was renamed Xiaoxifa Commune. 1963, Yufa Commune was established, and in 1963, Yufa Commune was transferred to Beijing, with the jurisdiction of Nanguizhuang and Daxinzhuang. In May 1963, Xiaoheifa Commune was renamed Nanguizhuang Commune.In July 1983, Yufa and Nanguizhuang Commune were changed to townships.On April 14, 1990, Yufa Township was changed to a town.On March 22, 2000, Nanguizhuang Township was incorporated. As of the end of 2018, Yufa Township had a household population of 54,818. As of October 2022, Yufa Township has 17 communities and 47 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township government is located at No. 69, Jinrong Street, Yufa Township. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Yufa Town was 2.85 billion yuan, and the industrial profit was 190 million yuan, which was 26% and 69.1% higher than the previous year. The total financial revenue of 300 million yuan, of which 120 million yuan of local financial revenue, an increase of 27% over the previous year.
