Caiyu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the southeastern part of Daxing District, between longitude 116°35′29″~116°43′16″ East and latitude 39°35′13″~39°41′15″ North. It is adjacent to Yongledian Township of Tongzhou District in the east, Guangyang District of Langfang City in the south, and Changziyang Township in the west and north. The town area is 71.55 square kilometers. In the 17th year of the Republic of China (1928), Daxing County was transferred to Hebei Province, and Caiyu belonged to the second district of Daxing County. In the nineteenth year of the Republic of China (1930), built Caiyu town. Republic of China thirty-seven years (1948) in December, caiyu liberation, belongs to Daxing County, the ninth district, jurisdiction 1 town, 73 villages. 1953, for Daxing County, the fifth district, under the 11 townships. 1956, Daxing County withdrew from the district and the townships, caiyu township jurisdiction 27 villages, fengheying township jurisdiction 25 villages. 1958 September, the establishment of the caiyu people's commune, jurisdiction of the caiyu, qingyundian, Changziying, fengheying, zhujhuang, dapiying and so on. In April 1961, Caiyu Commune was divided into 4 communes, namely Caiyu, Qingyundian, Changziyang and Fengheying.In July 1974, Caiyu Commune was separated into Zhuzhuang and Dapiyang.In July 1983, the commune was changed into a township.In February 1990, the township was changed into a township.In March 2000, the 2 townships of Dapiyang and Fengheying were merged into the commune. As of the end of 2018, Caiyu Township had a household population of 33,962. As of June 2020, Caiyu Township has 4 communities and 55 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township government is located in Caiyu Township Economic and Technological Development Zone. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Caiyu Town reached 1.84 billion yuan. The total financial income of 46.23 million yuan, an increase of 194.3% over the previous year. From the point of view of each major tax, the completion of sales tax of 22.8 million yuan, value-added tax of 4.21 million yuan, enterprise income tax of 4.04 million yuan, respectively, an increase of 40.4%, 58.3%, 64.2% over the previous year. Per capita revenue of 1,400 yuan, an increase of 16.7% over the previous year.
