Beizangcun Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Daxing District, Beijing, is located in the southwest of Daxing District, between longitude 116°12′36″~116°19′18″E and latitude 39°38′02″~39°42′57″N. It is adjacent to Huangcun Town by Jingkai Expressway in the east, bordering Panggezhuang Town in the southeast and south, and Liangxiang Town in Fangshan District in the west by Yongding River. It is adjacent to Huangcun Town on Jingkai Expressway in the east, Panggezhuang Town in the southeast and south, Liangxiang Town in Fangshan District in the west across Yongding River, Panggezhuang Town in the southwest and Liangxiang Town in Fangshan District in the southwest, Huangcun Town and Liangxiang Town in Fangshan District in the northwest, and Huangcun Town in the north. The town area is 47.4 square kilometers. Originally belonging to Wanping County, Beizangcun was assigned to Panggezhuang District No.2 of Daxing County, Hebei Province in 1949. 1953, Dazangcun, Zhaojiachang, and Xinlicun built their own township offices, which were merged to form Beizangcun Township in 1956. 1958, it was assigned to Panggezhuang, and was separated to set up Beizangcun People's Commune in 1960. 1965, it was assigned to Tiantianhe Farm (also known as Tiantianhe Commune), and was separated to be renamed Dongfanghong People's Commune in 1968. In 1968, it was renamed Dongfanghong People's Commune and stationed in Beizangcun.In March 1981, it was changed to Beizangcun People's Commune.In 1983, the commune was changed to a township.In March 2000, the township was changed to a town. As of the end of 2018, Beizangcun Town had a household population of 15,082. As of June 2020, Beizangcun Town has 23 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town government is located in Beizangcun Town, No. 10 Tianfu Street. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Beizangcun Town reached 900 million yuan, an increase of 23.4% over the previous year, and the added value of industry was 170 million yuan. The total financial income was 14.75 million yuan, an increase of 26.7% over the previous year. Among them, the local financial income of 1.28 million yuan, 8.4% less than the previous year. From the point of view of each major tax, the completion of sales tax 8.88 million yuan, value-added tax of 2.51 million yuan, corporate income tax of 1.04 million yuan, respectively, an increase of 36.1%, 30.2%, 20.5% over the previous year. Per capita revenue of 754.6 yuan, an increase of 32.8% over the previous year.
