Yangfang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Changping District, Beijing, is located in the southwestern part of Changping District, between longitude 116°03′53″~116°10′32″E and latitude 40°06′48″~40°10′25″N. It is connected with Machikou Town of Changping District in the east and Shangzhuang Town of Haidian District in the south, bordering Sujiatuo Town of Haidian District in the south. It is bordered by Machikou Town of Changping District and Shangzhuang Town of Haidian District in the east, Sujiatuo Town of Haidian District in the south, Liucun Town of Changping District in the west according to the Yanshan Mountain Range and Nankou Town of Changping District in the north and Machikou Town of Changping District in the north. The town area is 40.58 square kilometers. In January 1948, Yangfang area belonged to the twelfth district of Changshun County, with 34 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and in August 1949, it belonged to the seventh district of Changping County, and in February 1952, it was changed to the sixth district, and in July 1953, it was established as a township under the jurisdiction of the district, and belonged to the town of Yangfang, the Hui Autonomous Township of Xiguancheng, the Township of Houbaihujian, and the Township of Shijiaqiao, and in February 1956, it was established as the township of Yangfang. 1958, it belonged to Nankou People's Commune, and was renamed as the Nankou Township. In 1958, it belonged to Nankou People's Commune and was renamed as Yangfang Workstation. 1960, it was renamed as Yangfang Jurisdiction, with 8 brigades and 12 villages under its jurisdiction. 1961, June, Yangfang Jurisdiction was renamed as Yangfang People's Commune, with 8 brigades under its jurisdiction, and the street of Yangfang was added to the street of Yangfang. Since then, the number of villages under its jurisdiction has never increased or decreased.In December 1982, the commune was changed to a township.In May 1990, the township was changed to a town. As of the end of 2018, Yangfang Town had a household population of 16,359. As of June 2020, Yangfang Township has 1 community and 10 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township government is located at No. 29, Center South Street, Changping District. In 2011, the total industrial output value reached 1.95 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3% over the previous year, and the industrial added value was 580 million yuan. The total fiscal revenue was 37.51 million yuan, an increase of 34% over the previous year. Among them, the local financial income is 25.64 million yuan, an increase of 32.9% over the previous year. From the point of view of the main taxes, the completion of sales tax of 20.01 million yuan, value-added tax of 73.73 million yuan, corporate income tax of 110 million yuan, personal income tax of 16.56 million yuan, respectively, compared with the previous year, an increase of 16.7%, -6.4%, 72.8%, 33.3%.
