Luodang Town, belonging to Fengqing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, is located in the southeastern part of Fengqing County, southeast of the border with Yunxian Aihua Town, the southwest corner of the border with the Sanqiaohe Town, the west and Fengshan Town connected to the north and Xiaowan Town neighboring. The administrative area covers 251.51 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Luodang Township had a household population of 39,529. Before 1949, it was Bangping Township.In March 1988, the district was withdrawn to establish Luodang Yi Township.In April 2002, the township was withdrawn and established as a town. As of June 2020, Luopang Township has 20 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. The town's people's government is located in Luopang Village. In 2019, there are 40 industrial enterprises in Luodang Township, including 3 industrial enterprises above scale, and 66 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
