Kulun town, belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tongliao City Kulun Banner, is located in the central part of Kulun Banner, Tongliao City, 144 kilometers southwest of the east and Kezuo Banner connected to the south-east and south respectively with the Liaoning Province, Changwu County, four fortresses of the townships, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Ping'an Di Township across the thick very River, southwest of the town of Bainianhua border, the west and the six towns neighboring the town of the north and the town of the Eleshun junction. As of June 2020, there are 55 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Kulun Town.
