The word "Xing'an" is a Manchu word, which means "hills" in Chinese. Xing'an League is the old revolutionary area, is the party's regional ethnic autonomy policy of the earliest practice. Republic of China thirty-six years (1947) on May 1, the first minority autonomous regime in new China - Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government was born here, is the earliest practice of the Party's policy of regional ethnic autonomy. There are a number of old revolutionary sites, such as "May 1 Conference Site", "Ulanhu Office Site", "National Liberation Memorial Hall" and so on. The ratio of the three industries is 37.1:26.9:36.0. The per capita GDP reaches 48,507 yuan.
