Arshan City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Xing'an League jurisdiction county-level city, located in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, northwestern Xing'an League, located in the southwestern foothills of the Daxing'anling Mountains, the western part of the border with Mongolia, is a cold-temperate continental monsoon climate, adjacent to the five banners (cities), with a total area of 7,408.7 square kilometers, jurisdiction of the Sino-Mongolian border line is 93.434 kilometers long.
