Zhenglan Banner, a flag under the jurisdiction of Xilingol League in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the southern part of Xilingol League, at the eastern end of the northern foothills of the Yinshan Mountains, with a mid-temperate continental monsoon climate, adjacent to eight banners and counties (cities), with a total area of 10,182 square kilometers. Zhenglan Banner, belonging to the masses of the popular name, is the original belongs to the left wing of the eight banners of the Qing dynasty Chahar Zhenglan Banner, the flag for the pure blue and named.
