Xinfeng Town, belonging to Dantu District, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the southeastern part of Dantu District, connected with Dinggang Town, Jingkou District, to the east, adjoining Beicheng and Situ Town, Danyang City, to the south, bordering Guyang Town, to the west, and bordering with Jianbi Street, Jingkou District, to the north, with an area of 79.42 square kilometers of administrative area. As of the end of 2019, Xinfeng Town had a household population of 47,899.
In the late Qing Dynasty, it was Xinfeng Township.In 1987, the township was abolished and reorganized as Xinfeng Town.In 1996, Huangshui Town was incorporated into Xinfeng Town. As of June 2020, Xinfeng Town has 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located on Zhongtian North Road.
