Chenliang Town, belonging to Funing County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the southeastern part of Funing County, connected with Goudun Town in the east, bordering with Baota Town, Jianhu County, in the south, across the river from Donggou Town and Xingou Town in the west, and bordering with Fucheng Town in the north, and is 8 kilometers away from the People's Government of Funing County, with the total area of the region of 67.52 square kilometers.
