Bajizi Township, belonging to Datong District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwestern part of Datong District, bordering Datong Township in the east, adjoining Laoshantou Township in the south, bordering Shuangyushu Township in the west, and neighboring Gaotaizi Township in the north, with an area of 258 square kilometers and a household population of 27,622 in 2018.
It was originally part of the fifth district of Zhaozhou County.In May 1955, it was part of Datong District.In 1965, it was assigned to Anda County.In April 1978, it was assigned to Datong District.In April 1984, it was changed to Bajingzi Township. As of October 2019, there are 9 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Bajizi Township.
