Shuangyushu Township, belonging to Datong District, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southern part of Datong District, bordering GaoTaiZi Township and Bajizi Township in the east, adjacent to Sunrise Township in the south, across the river from Gulong Township in ZhaoYuan County in the west, and bounded by LinYuan Township in the north.In 2018, the area was 416.59 square kilometers, with a household population of 17,523 people. Republic of China, belongs to the ninth district. In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), Daguantun was set up, then belonged to the Ninth District.In April 1978, it was assigned to Datong District of Anda City.In April 1984, it was changed to Shuangyushu Township.In 2001, Xinhua Village of Linyuan Township was assigned to it. As of October 2019, Shuangyushu Township has jurisdiction over Shuangyushu Village, Shajiayao Village, Shuangsheng Village, Fuyuan Village, Xiangyang Village and Xinhua Village. In 2018, there were 12 industrial enterprises in Shuangyushu Township.
