Luzhuangzi Township, Baoding City, Hebei Province, Quyang County township, located in the south-central part of Quyang County, 0.5 km northeast from the county town, bordering Wende Township in the east, Yangping Township in the south, Xiaolin Township in the southwest as a neighbor, the town of Yande in the west, and Hengzhou Township in the north. The maximum distance between the east and west of the area is 5.1 km, the maximum distance between the north and south is 6.3 km, with a total area of 31.08 square kilometers.At the end of 2018, Luzhuangzi Township had a total household population of 18,668.
Luzhuangzi Township is named after the township government in Luzhuangzi Village.In 1953, it belonged to Yangjiazhuang Township.In 1961, it belonged to Chengxi People's Commune.In 1984, it was founded as Luzhuangzi Township.
