Positioned as a "hub for relocating industries from Beijing and Tianjin and a bridgehead for the northward shift of southern capital," the Jintai Economic Development Zone in Dingxing, Hebei, has successively attracted a large number of well-known domestic and international enterprises, including Xizhilang, Guangxi Ximai Oats, Jiangsu Caihua, Fujian Yahhe Paper & Plastic, and Hainan Yeguo from the south, as well as Ma Dajie Candies, Changfeng Jinding Powder Material Conveying Equipment, Wuqiang Logistics Equipment, and Yadu Electrical Appliances from Beijing.Currently, the park is home to 62 key enterprises, with 38 new and ongoing projects. It has established two major pillar industries—food processing and automotive and parts manufacturing—as well as emerging sectors such as biopharmaceuticals and machinery manufacturing.
