Yu Jiazhuang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Mancheng District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located 20 kilometers east of the southern part of Mancheng District, east of Jiangcheng Township, Jingxiu District, Baoding City, south of Weicun Township, Qingyuan District, west of Fangshunqiao Township, and north of South Hancun Township. The maximum distance between east and west of the jurisdiction is 4.2 kilometers, the maximum distance between north and south is 6.4 kilometers, with a total area of 29.47 square kilometers, and at the end of 2018, the total household population of the former Yujiazhuang Township was 24,371.
In 1961, the Guo Village People's Commune was established.In 1982, the name was changed to Yujiazhuang People's Commune.In 1984, it was reorganized into Yujiazhuang Township.On December 31, 2020, approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province, it was agreed that Mancheng District of Baoding City would abolish the Yujiazhuang Township and set up Yujiazhuang Township. As of June 2020, the former Yu Jiazhuang Township has 7 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government stationed in Yu Jiazhuang Village. In the territory of Yujiazhuang Township, there are "two roads and two stations" (the two roads are Cangyu Highway and 107 National Highway; the two stations are Yujiazhuang Railway Station and Baoding Southwest Substation), and there are county-level transportation lines such as Mangyu East and West Line. There are national agricultural products with geographical indications - Mancheng strawberries planted in the territory.
