Bailong Xiang is located in the northernmost part of Mancheng District, 17.5 kilometers away from the city, bordering Xushui in the east and Yixian in the north. It is a semi-mountainous area. Bao (Ding) Yi (County) highway running north and south. Township government stationed in Baibao village. The area is 47.5 square kilometers, with a resident population of 18,043 (2017). Jurisdiction of 12 administrative villages. There is Longmen Reservoir in the north. Attractions include Longmen Canyon Scenic Area, a provincial scenic area.
