Tuonan Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Mancheng District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located at the junction of Mancheng, Yixian and Shunping counties and districts. It is located in the west of Mancheng District, 15 kilometers away from the city, bordering with Shijing Township in the east, neighboring with Taiyu Township of Shunping County in the south, connecting with Liujiatai Township in the west, and connecting with Dule Township and Guantou Township of Yi County in the north. The maximum distance between the east and west of the area is 8 km, and the maximum distance between the north and south is 9 km, with a total area of 66.67 square kilometers, and at the end of 2018, the total household population of TuoNan Township was 18,638.
In 1996, it was established by the merger of the former 3 townships of Kanxia Township, Beitaiyu Township, and Lingxi Township, and called TuoNan Township. As of June 2020, Tuonan Township has 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township people's government stationed in Tuonan Village. There are mainly provincial national defense education base Bada Ling Aviation Museum, Caoxian Cave, Mulan Cave, Baiyun Mountain and other tourist attractions.
