Guigang Town, belonging to Yangchun City, Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, is located in the northwestern part of Yangchun City, bordering Peimian Town in the east, extending Yongning Town in the south, connecting with Sihe Town, Xinyi County in the west, and Songbai Town in the north, with an administrative area of 386.34 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the household population of Guigang Town was 60,482.
It was under the jurisdiction of Yangchun County until the fifth year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1577), when it was transferred to Dong'an County.In 1986, the district was abolished to establish the town of Guigang.
