Hekou Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Luhe County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, located in the northern part of Shanwei City and the southern part of Luhe County, 13 kilometers away from Luhe County, neighboring Puning in the east and Lufeng in the south, which is the combination of coastal and mountainous areas, and is named "Hekou" because the Beixi River, the Nanxi River, and the Luhe River converge in the territory of the city, with an area of 169 square kilometers in total. As of October 2019, Hekou Town has 18 administrative villages and 1 community under its jurisdiction, with a 2020 resident population of 41,677 people.
Hekou Town has about 35,000 overseas compatriots and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, about 20,000 people who go out to work and do business every year, and about 5,000 foreigners (including the park).Hekou Town has traditionally been the transportation center of Luhe County.
