Pei-mian Town, belonging to Yangchun City, Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province, is located in the northern part of Yangchun City on the banks of the Moyang River, east of Heshui Town across the river, south of Chuncheng Street, west of Guigang Town, and north of Songbai and Chunwan Towns, with an administrative area of 123 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Peimian Township had a household population of 66,375.
During the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was Gaogang Fort, which was located at the former site of Liunan County established in the 10th year of Sui Kaihuang (590).In October 1975, the seat of the resumed Pei-mian Commune was changed to the new site of Huangniutou.In December 1986, Pei-mian Town was established. As of October 2021, Pei-mian Town has 2 communities and 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located at No. 58, Jinlong Street, Huangniu Tou.
