Meixiang Science and Technology Innovation Tower is a key project signed and underway in the Zhuhai High-Tech Zone, with a total investment of 760 million yuan. It is located at No. 8 Yonghe Road, Zhuhai High-Tech Zone (Xiangzhou District), near the intersection of Jinhuan Road and Jintang Road.The area offers convenient public transportation, with multiple bus stops nearby—including those at the west end of Xiangshan Road and the north end of Huitong North Road—providing access to numerous bus routes. Upon full completion and reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan. It will primarily serve three core functions:
Global Headquarters: Serving as the global headquarters office for Meixiang Biotechnology.
Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Hub: Providing a physical space for Meixiang and its international partners to conduct joint R&D, technical exchanges, and technology transfer.
Industrial Synergy Platform: Aimed at attracting and clustering Meixiang’s upstream and downstream partner enterprises to form an industrial ecosystem for mutual development.
