Project Background and Positioning: This project was developed from the Jianta Urban Renewal Project and is one of Shenzhen’s first, and Longhua District’s first, “Industrial Up-Sizing” pilot projects. It aims to create a mixed-use industrial community that integrates production, living, and ecological elements.
Location: The project is centrally located at the intersection of Longsheng Road and Heping Road in Dalang Subdistrict, Longhua District, with the specific address being No. 238 Longsheng Road. It is surrounded by Metro Lines 4 and 6, and offers convenient access to Shenzhen North Station by car.
Investment and Scale: The project has a total investment exceeding 4 billion yuan, covering a land area of approximately 46,900 square meters with a total floor area of about 420,000 square meters. It comprises four high-rise industrial buildings, two apartment buildings, and commercial facilities.
Construction and Operation: The project is led by the Longhua District Government, with Longhua Construction and Development Group responsible for construction and operation. The main structure was topped out in October 2024, and the project passed its final inspection on December 26, 2025.
Phase I Industrial Ecosystem: Phase I focuses on high-end digital economy industries such as artificial intelligence, digital manufacturing, integrated circuits and semiconductors, smart hardware, and new energy, committed to building an industrial ecosystem “led by smart terminals and powered by semiconductors and integrated circuits.”
Core Focus of Phase II: Phase II (with a planned industrial floor area of 100,000 square meters) launched a global investment promotion campaign on March 16, 2026. Its core focus is cross-border e-commerce, aiming to attract full-chain enterprises—including cross-border e-commerce platform operators, cross-border live-streaming e-commerce, supply chain services, international logistics, digital marketing, and brand incubation—to establish operations here, thereby creating a regional cross-border e-commerce industrial cluster.
