Jingyang Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Fuqing City, Fujian, located in the north of Fuqing City, the town hall is located in Jingyang Street No. 102, with 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. Jingyang Township is named because it is surrounded by mountains on all sides and the ground in the center is as flat as a mirror. In May 1961, the establishment of Jingyang People's Commune, in 1984 to change the community for the township, in October 1993 to withdraw the township for the town. Jingyang now governs 17 administrative villages and 1 residential group. In 2017, the administrative area of Jingyang Township was 8,345 hectares, with a resident population of 27,113.
