Qingliu County, belongs to Sanming City, Fujian Province. It is located in the western part of Fujian, south of Wuyi Mountain. It is bordered by Yong'an City and Mingxi County in the east, Ninghua County in the west, Liancheng County and Changting County in the south, and Ninghua and Mingxi Counties in the north, with a total area of 1,806.33 square kilometers.In 2022, Qingliu County had a household population of 151,148. As of June 2023, Qingliu County has seven towns and six townships under its jurisdiction, with the people's government located at 22 Longcheng Street in Longjin Township. In the Song Dynasty, Qingliu County was established in Ninghua and Changting, and was named after the clear streams that flowed back and forth. It is one of the famous Hakka ancestral lands, and the whole county is rich in Hakka flavor. With 84% forest coverage, the county is rich in anthracite coal, glittering stone, tungsten and other mineral deposits. It is a national commercial grain base county, a national key forestry county and a national rural primary electrification county, as well as an important base of osmanthus in the south of the country and the largest production base of robinia, the hometown of golden lotus in China, and an advanced county in the national village clean-up action. In 2022, Qingliu County realized a gross regional product of 16.393 billion yuan, an increase of 0.1%.
