Nantianhu Township is located in Fengdu County on the south bank of the Yangtze River, formerly known as Fengdu County Factory Sky Township, in 1992 when the withdrawal of the district and the township, by the original factory sky township, three strokes township merger, in 2002, approved by the People's Government of Chongqing Municipality to set up the establishment of townships, known as the Nantianhu Township. The town covers an area of 240 square kilometers, with 10 administrative villages, 64 communities and a total population of 17,000. Nantianhu Town is 42 kilometers away from Fengdu new county, convenient transportation, provincial highway 203 line (secondary road) through the town, the village highway across Nantianhu Town is located in the south bank of the Yangtze River Fengdu County
