Reze Town, belonging to Reze County, Ali Region, Tibet Autonomous Region, is located in the southern part of Reze County, the seat of Reze County government, neighboring Dongtso Township in the east, Ma'mi Township in the south, Trima Township in the west, and Tsabu Township in the north, with an area of 4,624.06 square kilometers of administrative area. As of the end of 2019, the registered population of Reze Township is 4,133.
In September 1963, Kanto District was established; in 1999, the district was abolished and the township was established as Reze Township.
