Duliu Town, belonging to Jinghai District, Tianjin City, is located in the north of Jinghai District, bordering Liangwangzhuang Township in the east, Taitou Town in the west, Jinghai Town in the south, and Xinkou Town of Xiqing District in the north, with an administrative area of 64.4 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Duliu Town has a household population of 36,895.
During the Song Dynasty, Duliu Dongzhai and Duliu Beizhai were set up; in March 1965, Duliu Town was reset; in 1983, it was renamed Duliu People's Commune as Beishaolou Township; in August 2001, Beishaolou Township was abolished and incorporated into Duliu Township, and four villages, namely, Wangjiaying, Fengjia, Liujiaying, and Goujiaying of the former Fujunmiao Township were transferred to the township; in November 2015, Jinghai County was changed to Jinghai District. As of June 2020, Duliu Town has 28 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located in Xingye Street.
In 2016, Duliu Town completed a total revenue of 48.28 million yuan, an increase of 9.0% over the previous year. From the point of view of each major tax, the completion of sales tax of 8.4 million yuan, enterprise income tax of 970,000 yuan, personal income tax of 30,000 yuan, respectively, an increase of 3%, 22%, 27% over the previous year.In 2019, Duliu Town has 233 industrial enterprises, of which there are more than 14 above scale, and there are 28 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area of more than 50 square meters or more.
