Ruijing Street, belonging to Tianjin Beichen District, is located in the southwest of Beichen District, east to Chenxing Road and Chenchang Road, south to Qianli Dike and Guangrong Road, west to the Outer Ring Road, north to Longzhou Road, with a total area of 5.2 square kilometers.At the end of 2011, Ruijing Street has a total population of 74,300 people. Before 1979, the villages in the area were repeatedly transferred and scattered, and from 1979 to 2003, they belonged to the towns of Tianmu, Qingguang and Beicang, and in September 2005, Jiarongli Street was established, and in July 2007, the name was changed to Ruijing Street.
