Wuling Town, belongs to Datong City, Shanxi Province, Lingqiu County, is located in the central part of Lingqiu County, east of Lushui River Township adjacent to the south of the red stone elevated township connected to the west of the East Henan Township, the north of the township with Shizhuang Township, Shijiazhuang Township borders, the administrative region covers an area of 222.1 square kilometers. In 1949, it belonged to Chengguan District of Lingqiu County; in March 2002, Chengguan Township, Gaojiazhuang Township and Tangzhiwa Township merged into Wuling Township.
