East Henan Town, belongs to Datong City, Shanxi Province, Lingqiu County, is located in the western part of Lingqiu County, east of Wuling Town, southeast of the red elevated bank around the township, Shangzhai Township, south of Diyu Township, Baiyatai Township, west of Baiyatai Township, Hunyuan County, Wangzhuangbao Township, the north of Zhao Bei Township, Shizhuang Township, the administrative region covers an area of 262.22 square kilometers. In 1949, it belonged to Donghenan District of Lingqiu County; in August 1984, Donghenan Commune was changed to Donghenan Township; in March 2002, Yinchang Township was incorporated into Donghenan Township.
