Lushuihe Township, belonging to Lingqiu County, Datong City, Shanxi Province, is located in the east-central Lingqiu County, east and Laiyuan County, Hebei Province, North Shifo Township border, south of red elevated bank around the township, west of Wuling Township, north of Shijiazhuang Township, Liuko Township, the administrative area of 282.27 square kilometers.
In 1949, it belonged to Lushuihe District of Lingqiu County; in August 1984, Lushuihe Commune changed to Lushuihe Township; in March 2002, Zhaobai Township was merged into Lushuihe Township. As of the end of 2018, Lushuihe Township had a household population of 27,248. As of June 2020, Lushuihe Township has 16 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township people's government stationed in Lushuihe Village.
