Caojiadu Street is located in the northwestern part of Jing'an District, starting from Jiaozhou Road in the east, Changning Road and Jiangsu Road in the west, Wuding West Road and Xinzha Road in the south, and Changshou Road and Anyuan Road in the north, with an area of 1.5 square kilometers. Under the 14 neighborhood committees, the existing residents of 25087 households, 72839 people. The street has eight sections, one office, and five committees: namely, Social Development Committee, Comprehensive Governance Committee, Spiritual Civilization Committee, Finance and Economy Committee, and Municipal Construction Committee. There are 108 staff members in the organization. Within the organization, there are the Organization Party Branch, the Retired Party Branch and the Economic Party Branch; at the grass-roots level, there are 14 General Party Branches; and under the Comprehensive Economic Party Committee, there are 20 Party Branches, 7 Building Service Points, and 1 Party Member Service Workstation.
